As a Southern California native, no one knows Ventura County like Brittany Handura. After spending most of her life in suburban Simi Valley, she made the move to Port Hueneme, near the Channel Islands Harbor, where she bought her first home. These days, she’s enjoying the beachside life, spending her free time on long walks with her precious pup, paddleboarding with friends, or taking relaxing kayaking excursions.

A hard worker to the core, Brittany has an established background in business development. Starting her journey as a nanny and preschool associate, she rose through the ranks and became a preschool director at the age of 25. In 2012, Brittany started an early education program at a startup private school. This 20-year tenure as a school administrator has allowed Brittany to hone and perfect her skills in business development, marketing, advertising, public speaking, and customer service.

In 2018, Brittany made the jump to start her journey in real estate. This also happened to be the same year she purchased her first out-of-state investment property! A year later, Brittany took on real-estate full-time and became a certified agent in early 2020.

Brittany’s love for her community is significant — she’s actively involved in local community boards and her home church and volunteers regularly at local homeless shelters and schools.
